The hotel is located in a quiet area away from Nice. The staff is very helpful and always willing to assist you. I was particularly impressed by the cat that was present at the reception and served as a mascot, a testament to the staff's and management's love for animals. The breakfast was relatively good, and there are satisfactory meal options available for dinner. However, it is important to consider the price-quality ratio. The room was quiet enough and very spacious. In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that all the facilities were good. During the summer months, I believe the hotel is fully functional and well-maintained in its outdoor areas. However, the reason for my stay there was solely for business purposes.

It was one of the finest hospitality experiences that I have ever had. The people go beyond to serve... They are very friendly, understand English, and have a go-getter attitude. Breakfast is really good and quite fresh. The property is quite big, calm and it's like a resort in a forest. The advantage is that they have a partner hotel of ibis and both are connected, so you can use their restrau also. Overall, this is the best experience that I had. I have traveled to 6 different countries and this by far is the best one. I would love to travel again and stay at the same place. Thank you hotel Mercure for the great time.

1. Room: POSITIVE: clean, comfortable. NEGATIVE: No work table. No USB ports or plugs on bed side to charge devices 2. Facilities: POSITIVE: Nicely located next to companies. Quiet. NEGATIVE: No fitness room (seriously!). Breakfast left a lot to be desired (more like lower end of continental breakfast). 3. Service: POSITIVE: All the employees I interacted with, were awesome. From restaurant to front desk... they were all 5 star worthy

The staff was really good in the reception, kudos to Sandra, which really helped me a lot solve an issue I had with my taxi company, and called the airport for me. She was super helpful, I would have been lost without their help. The hotel is ok, it needs some renovation in the rooms, other than that, it was clean and breakfast was ok.

I was in the hotel lobby / bar for the Riviera entrepreneurs' After work event and really enjoyed the venue. It's cosy ans welcoming, simple but well thought. The decoration is nice, some seatings options really cooland the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's a very nice venue for a professional (or personal) get together!
